Trying to close my account as I've just realised they charge $10 a month for the 'privilege' of having one. It's not easy to close it and now I'm waiting for an email reply because it won't let me close it online.

Lottoland does not charge fees for issuing Lotto bets, registration/verification of your account, depositing money or for transferring winnings to your bank account. You only pay for the bets.

An interesting concept and have played a few times and no real issue and never had the access problems a lot of people refer to. Have had a few small wins but yet to withdraw $'s but nothing so far to suggest will be a problem. Don't think would have an issue if had to fly to Gibraltar to collect "the big one"!!

I have never experienced such poor customer service, it is horrid and appalling. They are of no help, none at all. One person just stopped replying to my emails, appalling. I have account issue that they say they can't talk to me about. There is no way to get a direct honest answer.

Hello, you can find information (link) on how to cancel a subscription on our website, for instance on all Lotto FAQ Pages as well as in the Support & Feedback section: Cancel Subscription. Subscriptions can be easily cancelled within your Player Account or you can message our Customer Service team via support@lottoland.com.au to assist with this and close the subscription for you if you are unable to do so yourself.

Absolutey terrible. Slow server can hardly even log me in let alone buy or check tickets. Very unhappy, i feel your server has a lot of work to be desired, this has ben going on for a few weeks since i bought my first lot of tickets.. and im pretty sure your not under attack from a ddos every time i try to do anything..
